Our girl's competitive gymnastic teams are broken into three separate levels, which are Conquerors, Challengers and Crusaders. Please check the class and descriptions below for class requirements, times and pricing.

Girl's Conquerors Team Class Schedule

This team is based on the level requirements laid out in the USAG Women's Development Program. This is an invitation only program.

Gold Requirements:

Gold Team is made up of gymnasts competing level 4 & 5 with USAG gymnastics.

Vault - Level 4

  • front handspring

Vault - Level 5

  • front handspring

Beam - Level 4

  • cartwheel
  • split leap to 120 degrees
  • handstand
  • split jump to 120 degrees
  • cartwheel to side handstand
  • 1/4 turn dismount

Beam - Level 5

  • back walkover or back extension roll or back handspring step out*
  • straight leg leap to 150 degrees, split jump, sissonne
  • cartwheel to side handstand, 1/4 turn dismount

Bars - Level 4

  • straddle or pike glide kip
  • cast to horizontal
  • squat on
  • long hang kip
  • back hip circle

Bars - Level 5

  • kip*
  • cast to above horizontal
  • clear hip to above horizontal
  • back sole circle to clear front support or back stalder circle to clear front support

Floor - Level 4

Platinum Requirements:

The Platinum Team is made up of gymnasts that meet the requirements to compete at the USAG levels: 6, 7, & 8. This is an invitation only program.


Girl's Challengers Pre-Team Class Schedule

When properly taught, gymnastics teaches self-esteem, self-motivation, self-discipline, dedication, determination, work ethic, time management, teamwork, team spirit, leadership, sportsmanship, respect for danger, respect for others, poise and grace.

Challengers Requirements:

The minimum age requirement for the Challengers Pre-Team is 7 years old. (This means the gymnast must be 7 before she competes in her first meet.)

  • able to round-off
  • able to hold bridge 10 seconds
  • able to backbend
  • able to do bridge kick-over
  • able to handstand on low beam
  • able to do side handstand on medium or high beam (level 2 dismount)
  • pullover on bars
  • back hip-circle
  • 3 push away casts in row
  • straight jump up to resi-pit vault
  • forward roll up to resi-pit vault

Girl's Crusaders Team Class Schedule

The Xcel Bronze gymnastics level is the first level in the Xcel program. To compete gymnastics in the Xcel Bronze Division, the gymnast must be able to do routines that meet these requirements, as stated in the Xcel Code of Points. This program is similar to JO levels 1 and 2.

Crusaders Requirements:

The minimum age requirement for the Bronze division is 5 years old. (This means the gymnast must be 5 before she competes in her first meet.)

Vault

Bronze gymnasts must perform one of the following vaults:

  • Stretch jump onto mat and then kick to handstand and fall to flat back OR
  • Jump to handstand and fall to flat back

Beam

Bronze gymnasts must have the following in their beam routine:

  • Minimum of 1/2 turn on one or two feet
  • One jump or leap (ex. tuck jump)
  • One non-flight acro skill (ex. forward roll)
  • A dismount — not a salto or aerial dismount (ex. straddle jump off the beam)

Bars

Bronze gymnasts must have the following in their bar routine:

  • A minimum of 4 “A” value skills
  • A Cast (hips must leave the bar)
  • A Circling Skill (not the mount or dismount)
  • A Dismount

Floor

Bronze gymnasts must have the following in their floor routine:

  • Minimum of two directly connected acro skills (ex. roundoff – backward roll)
  • A second pass with one acro skill (ex. cartwheel)
  • A dance passage with two skills, one of which is a leap with a 60 degree cross or side split — they can be directly or indirectly connected
  • Minimum of 1/2 turn on one foot
